How do you view the regional control page for a region even if you are not the Delegate or founder? I want to see the ban list for the region because I think I might have been banned and then removed but I dont know how to check if I am and I want to go to the RC page. isnt it like www.nationstates.net/index/regional_control/target="region?

Where it says "region_name," obviously, put in the region's name you want to view.
