I have been playing nationstates for a longwhile now, My brother wants to join up and play however I am concerned that because he uses the same computer as me that if he joins the UN it may flag us as being cheaters and delete us both.

Can someone confirm it is possible to have 2 U.N members on one computer?

Unfortunately, it is not. Neither of you can run a UN state while using the same connection, since UN states are tracked via IP addresses. Every connection and/or intranet must have only one UN state.
