I received this telegram moments ago. I know the names of all my friend's nations, and this 'rimaoose' is not one, nor is there the standard hypertext allowing me to check out this person's nation. This is the telegram I received.

I have enough problem with pop ups that I did not wish to follow the link. I am not certain if this falls under the 'Spam' rules violation as I only received it once, but it is certainly junk mail.
