I mean, they seem to go through looking at the issues page, as they disappear, but they don't crop up on the main page of my nation. My main page hasn't changed outside of population since yesterday and I've done three issues since.

Aha! You seem to be getting the "issues not updating" bug. See the "know problems" page for more details. To fix it, just leave your region and come back in. All of your endorsements should still be there.
