I have a custom flag and I am trying to change it to another custom flag, except everytime I upload the new flag the old one shows back up. I tried clearing the cookies, tried using IE (normally use Firefox) and nothing worked. What could be the cause of this?
Hmm.. sounds interesting.
Sometimes, you need to just refresh..... but this sounds as if there may some sort of bug....

Yeah I tried refreshing a few times, but that didn't work either.

Ok, I tried clearing the cookies in Firefox again and it worked.
