I have a problem. I have a brother who uses this site, his country is Jablonicania. I recently joined, and my bro is already in the UN. I would like to be in the UN, but it says there can't be more than one of your countries in the UN. I don't want people thinking I am my brother. Am I allowed to be in the UN, because me and my bro use the same computer.

sincerely,

Short answer? No.

Longer answer: maybe you can talk him into resigning for a while and giving you a shot a membership. As long as that one computer doesn't have two UN nations at the same time, you're ok. It's probably best to wait at least 24 hours after a resignation to rejoin with another nation.

If you can't talk him out of it ... sorry, but you're screwed. If you join, you'll both be ejected.

If you both log in from the same computer or even network (in most cases for the network), then you will be ejected and/or deleted.. it is suggested you do not, as there is no way of telling if you are a different person from your brother

edit: ah man, beat me to the answer

That sucks. I really wanted to be in the UN. Is there a mod that can confirm this?

How does it tell whether you are using the same computer or not? I though it just went by e-mail. I mean, if you're using hotmail or something that could give two different adresses from the same computer?

Indeed the application process goes by email but the moderators check to see that you are UN multying using your IP address, which remains the same regardless of your email.

Trust us. This has been talked about so many times. The only way (and you're not going to do this) is to get a second internet connection (although even that might not work (I remember there being something about four ways to detect: 1: e-mail adress (soved by getting a second), 2: IP address (solved by getting a second internet connection) and two others I don't know about (those are the problems))).

P.S.: Sorry about all those parentheses.

Don't trust us. Trust the game administrator. Here is your ruling, in plain language:
