help! i just want to know how to change my settings for my nation.
can i go from a tyrant to a democracy and if so please let me know how.

You have to answer the issues and such in order to change your country.. it's not as simple as just choosing your government type from a dropdown list. Every issue you answer will affect the "settings" of your country.
