When I first made my nation I selected that I wanted to have two issues per day, which has worked fine until now. But when I logged in today I only had one issue (the Compulsory Organ Harvesting one), which I responded to. But when I returned, it had completely disappeared, and I had got the "Nazi Sympathisers" issue instead. The legislation from the first issue didn't even show up on my main page though the day had apparently changed. I'm just wondering if I can do anything about this and what time zone this game is running by.

The dissapearing issue is part of the game. you responded, so when you get a new issue, legisation on the ones you answered is passed.

As for times, I'm not entirely sure, but I belive it's dictated by one of two things.

A. When you created your nation (Ie a new issue every half of one day, one of those issues being presented on the exact time you created your nation)

B. The regularity of when you log in.

Don't think this has anything to do with it. You get issues based on your Settings, and they arrive during the two updates whether you are logged on or not.

It's only if you leave them that logon frequency becomes a factor. Once you have five unanswered issues, you don't get any more until you resolve or dismiss them. Once you've cleared space, you would get a new issue with the next update.

The legislation was not passed as you can usually see what legislation has recently been passed in the bottom of your description, but it didn't show up this time.
