The New Electric Monks

I would like to ask how i could get my ancient nation (from back in the mists of three years ago) The Electrical Monks to be resurected, The monks were deleated for inactivity. This is not a request for the resurection of anouther nation the Electric monks which was i think deleated for another reason that i cant remember at this point.
