Well, I was thinking, Max has to pay for a spot on the Jolt forums, ya? I would suppose that its not cheap, though I admit I don't really know anything about this kind of stuff. Still, if Max is paying for the bandwith and such, I for one would be pleased to make some kind of small monthly donation to ease the financial burden. Is it at all possible to do so? And if not, wouldn't it be a good idea to make it so? Thoughts?

Nope, Max doesn't have to pay a penny.
Jolt collect money from people renting their servers and clicking on the adverts up at the top of this page, so it makes sense for them to be willing to host 40,000 more players.
More players = more money.
If you want to help Max out, just make sure to buy his books and go see his movies when (if?) they come out :D
