I disagree with a small point in my nation's description and am wondering if there is any way I can change it. Basically it says my government is corrupt, and I don't know why it thinks that and what to do about it...any suggestions?

The only way to change your national description is to answer issues. The way you answer them will alter how your government behaves, and that will eventually change you from 'corrupt' to something else. If you're lucky.
