Can't log into forums as Puppet

I created and then verified my e-mail address with a puppet of mine and attempted to log into jolt using my puppet's name and my usual password. When it didn't work twice, I realized that I never made a password for my puppet's jolt account. I also realized that I never did that for my main nation either. Now, is my problem the password, the verification process, or simply the fact that I'm trying to log onto the forums with a puppet?

The NS password and the Jolt password are the same. So since you couldn't create the nation without a password, the problem isn't there. :p
Can you login from Jolt directly, not coming from NS? For both the puppet and your main nation.

I can with my main nation, cause sometimes my cookies reset and I have to, or if I log in from a different computer.
