Okay so in my settings i have two issues per day option, yet i only get one issue. Why?

They come twelve hours apart, one at the major update, one at the minor. You can't set your watch by that timing either - it's just an approximation.
Don't check your nation for 24 hours, and then look again. If you don't have two issues at that point, come back here.

Seeing that you started your nation this weekend, judging from you population size, you may have it set to 'two per weekday option', so you wouldn't have recieved a new issue on the weekend. If you want to recieve issues on the weekends as well, check the 'two per day option'.
