I have received the issue about the metal music for second time and I had already voted on it.

In other words, you've probably had all the issues you're going to get by now. The only ones I have received in the last month are repeats, and you can see I've only been playing since late August. Although I keep checking back to see if I get any new ones, I never seem to, which is too bad.

Very unlikely, there are 150 issues, most of which a nation would be qualified for.

Just cos' one came up again, doesn't mean they're all done.

All I know is that I seem to have gone through all the issues that are applicable to my country. I do 2 a day, and at that rate I would have gone through all of them in about 2 months, which sounds about right. I can see an issue coming back up if you dismissed it, but why would one you've already adopted keep arising?

But yeah, I see your point; maybe this person isn't done just b/c they've had a repeat. But I don't remember seeing any repeats along with new issues. It seems like all of a sudden I just stopped getting new issues and started getting repeats. Lame.

Because you've asked for two a day, and you don't qualify for all of them. Some of them have specific conditions attached, and at least a couple are Easter Eggs that only come up under VERY specific conditions (which some of us are still trying to guess).

You can always assume that something happened in your nation (change of government, etc) that forces the review of previously accepted or denied choices, or you can even pick different choices just to see what happens or to correct mistakes.

In so many words, what choice do they have? It's a limited pool of 150, and you can request up to 730 per year.

OK and thanks for the pointing me to the reason. However I still don't see why should I vote on same issue again, if it's directly changing something.

E.g.:
Correct issue to be repeated:
Lower taxes? (you can always lower taxes until you don't have any)
Wrong:
People carry compulsory radios.
Want to introduce compulsory carriage of radios?

I guess you understand. Me being a programmer can understand the limits of the game as well...

i thougt the game could get a tax rate of under 0% (just like you could get over 100%)

If you don't what to make a selection, just dismiss it. Dismissing does nothing either way.

You can't get over 100 until it says something like 'The average income tax rate is 100% and even higher for the wealthy'. Then it's just weird.

It goes with 'Taxation is abolished' if it dips below %1.
