Has everybody noticed the counter at the bootom of the screen on the world page. I think that somehting like this should be placed in each region letting you know how many people are online in your region so you know if you will get a response or not.

Or people online could be in bold, while people offline could be in plain font.

Something to let you know if anyone is online at the same time as you would be nice.

Recommendation - either use these forums, or create your own off-site regional forums.

Thanks for the suggest, but he wondered if a tally could be made in each region with the total "onliners"

Personally I think that is an interesting concept. Gazing down at my little puny region each day I wonder how many is online and how active it is except from those who visit the forum.

I just think the idea is a bit whack; I can't even imagine the difficulties of people moving in and out of regions at any given moment.

Okay, seriously, though... with the idea of invading/defending, it would make it even more difficult than it already is if you could actually see who was active and inactive at any given time. It's bad enough about the updates, this would just add to the badness that surrounds invading/defending now.
