Query-Is it possible to get our region name changed?

I'm the founder and the UN Delegate of the region of Galbadia. I initially named it for myself, but since then it has become the region dedicated to users from the Ansem Report forums. What I'd like to do is get the region named changed from Galbadia to Ansem Report. What I ask is, is this possible, and if so, how would I go about it?

All I can suggest is that you Found a new region named Ansem Report and have all your friends move there. I've never heard of Mods changing region names.

And they will not.
Send a telegram to all of your region-mates, sayign that you are re-founding the region. Ban everyone, password-protect the region, and leave yourself. The old region, named for you, will be deleted at the next update, and you and your region-mates can take up residence in the new region.
NOTE: Only founders may legally ban everyone from the region like this. Delegates must remove all from the ban-list, and provide any password to all (ex-)members immmediately after enacting it to avoid greifing charges.

Are you sure about that? I know that founder can legally clear the region out and refound it - (they can do as they please). I'm not sure if delegates, even native ones, can empty a region to refound it. I think that would be greifing... If I'm not mistaken, a native delegate got in trouble for doing this sort of thing a couple weeks ago... I'll look around and see if I can dig up a thread about it or something.
Edit: Eh, after finding the thread and all, I noticed he's both UN Delegate and founder. So, lol, sorry - carry on. :p

Um. You're wrong all over the place in the post, Hersfold. First of all, he's not trying to re-found a region, he's wanting to rename a region, so refounding rules don't apply. He simply needs to create the new region and ask people to move over.
Secondly, your "note" is highly inacurrate. Delegates (invader or native) can not eject everyone from a region, ban list and passwords are irrelevant. Furthermore, native Delegates do not need to distribute passwords to nations, only outside Delegates must. Please do not give advice when you're unsure of the rules.
