Uh, I have a captitalist nation and my government budget is near 10% of GDP. Exactly how do i get to be ranked at 20,000ish in the list of corporate subsidizers?

This seems to be the inverse of the actual country expenditures. Am I mistaken? Does this formula need to be looked at? Shouldn't socialists and dictatorships where there is no private industry be on the top?

Just another glitch with how the stats are stored. Don't worry about it - we had a similar problem with the "Most Rebellious Youth" the other day. (A nation was ranked high when crime was unheard of.)
