I think that we should be allowed to declare and fight a war against other nations and if you win get some of their population, money, food what ever but I think this would be a good idea :mp5:

There are wargames out there that do that very thing. This ain't one of 'em.
A word of advice - don't propose this as a UN proposal. It's illegal (Game Mechanics).

No, you can't do it yourself, but you can post in the Moderation forum and ask the mods to move your topic.

But you won't get anything in the technical forum. NationStates 1 is done. You could try asking them to move it to the NationStates 2 forum, but there are already many threads on the same topic. Just browse around there and see what you find.
