Hi, I submitted a proposal, and its under Stem Cell Research, I'm not sure if it reached quorum, so I made another one. This one is inches away from quorum. I was wondering if one of the mods could help me sort this situation out, Ill be on tommorow morning, about 7:30 Eastern Standard Time. If anyone could help me sort this out, it would be great. Thanks in advance! :)
