I just tried to access the NS forums with one of my (newly created) puppets, and received the following message:

In order to use the NationStates forums, you must supply a valid e-mail address. You can do this in your nation's Settings. Without a verified e-mail address, you can read the forums, but not post to them.

This is obviously not the case, since Kazar-Tiyon does not have a registered email address.
I would simply say "Oh well, so be it then." and add email to each of my nations, but the address I prefer to use for such things won't receive the validation notices (which is odd, since, as far as I know, it has no spam filter). Any ideas on this?

:headbang: First you might want to tell everyone which email system you are using cuz that could help in figuring out the problem. but i've had a few clients have this problem on two occasions one would be that spam filter. and the second is they accidently blocked the site. well even though u dont know if u don thtink you have a spam filter you still might. u might want to check your options or preferences. hopefully this helps if not sorry

This only happened because of a bug which has now been fixed.
Also, there's not much we can do if we don't know the name of the nation.

So basically I've been using a loophole, and it's been closed? OK, thanks for the explanation. I've found an email that'll work, so I'll just use that one.
