I'm fairly new, so I'm not sure if this is allowed or not. Someone joined the region I'm in just long enough to leave a message plugging their region, and then moved on to another right after, I'm assuming for the same reason. Is this "legal" or not, just out of curiousity. Thanks. :)

If it's around the Pacifics, [and/or RR, although I'm not sure about the RR], it's legal.
