I own 2 nations, neither in the UN, one called 'Scatlands' and the other 'The Aboriginies'. I think my issues for Scatlands and The Aboriginies are both affecting The Aboriginies, and neither affecting Scatlands. Since they use contradictory politics, that is bad. Despite me allowing 'child-whacking sticks' as a commercial item in Scatlands, there are still Some civil rights!!! And yet, by not forcing people to make compulsary organ donations, Civil Rights went DOWN in The Aboriginies... theres something wrong. Also, Scatlands' 3 stat (in the absence of a better word) descriptors have not changed in at least a week, despite my throwing 2 issues per day into it, trying to stamp out civil rights and boost my economy.

I think both sets of issues are acting on one nation, so neither are working. Your thoughts?

Issues can have unexpected results, and moving rankings can take time. It took my "evil" nation about 9 months to reach its goal of Outlawed/Frightening/Outlawed.

Your issues are not affecting the wrong nations. That cannot happen.

OK, it just seemed awfully suspicious... thats all. Hopefully my evil nation will become eviller soon :)
