I think that there should be three random name macros for the issues - one for male names, one for female names, and one for both. This would prevent clashes such as "Women's rights activist David Payne" or "Soccer mom Brian" etc., happening.
I will buy that Brian is not the name of your average soccermom, but what's wrong with a man advocating women's rights?
