Hey Everyone, just wondering can you just make stuff up in the international incidents section. Like can you just say i got this many troops and i am going to do this with it at stuff like that. And can you make up issues that are happening or is there like a protocol to it. And just generally anything else i might need to know about it would be much appreciated.

It's called Role-Play. You just say somethign happens, and it magically does.

Role-play is much more complicated than just saying abracadabra and magically having ten million nuclear warheads at your disposal.
I would advise that you look over the threads in International Incidents and NationStates to learn how role-play takes place within the game, first, before diving right in only because people can get a bit touchy if you do something out of sync with what role-players are accustomed to here.
