Why can I not do more than one search every 180 seconds? Is there a reason for this?

You actually can do more than one search every 180 seconds. You can only do one search that returns any results 180 seconds, though.
The reason for this is most likely bandwidth, to keep the servers from being like the old ones, etc, etc.

i think its a jolt thing not a ns thing => has nothing to do with the old servers
