Problem with Polls

Hello,

I've noticed a problem with polls.

I have a poll running in the UN forum:

I set this poll to run for 30 days, as I was planning on taking a new sample 4 months from now again, to see if the sample size of either of the polls is large enough to draw consistent conclusions about forum voting behavior.

I've set up unlimited polls before with no problems.

I noticed that HotRod's and Hersfold's polls in this forum both seemed to end pretty dang early. I suspect that there might be a forum bug or limit on the poll length, but right now my 30 day poll got chopped into being a single day poll.

If possible, could some moderator lengthen the time / duration of my poll.

I plan on saving and archiving the results as part of my interest in the NS UN.

Thank you! :)

Michael

The poll is still set to 30 days, and is still open. It probably looks closed to you because you have voted already, or are viewing it when not logged in.

Or it could be that it specifically states that it's closed...when I viewed it at 12:38 (a few minutes ago), it said that the poll was closed as of 11/12/04 12:37. Weird.

Is this where I remind you that this site is hosted in England, and so "11/12/04" is "December 11th, 2004"?

Probably. And this is also where I feel rather stupid and offer excuses about being tired...

ROTFL!
That totally slipped out of my mind. And thank you both.

To be honest, I dislike both date conventions, and instead like the YYYY.MM.DD ... which makes sorting information much easier! :)
