They should come at different times during the day. One early and one late. If note, send the moderator and note.

thanks!
Personally, I think it'd be good when the issues database is expansive to perhaps have four issues a day or even more for those who really have too much time on their hands. Only when though, or else getting through all the issues in just a shade under 40 days would be a bummer. I wrote one to submit, but being a newcomer it gave the the ">500mil population, bog off" message _after_ I'd typed it all out. And I thought I had such a good idea.
I do, however agree with the newbie-proofing measure. If only newcomers were generally intelligent... *sigh*.

Welcome to NationStates :) Something to note: You only can have a max of 5 issues on your desk. After that, issues just stop coming.

If you are still not getting the correct number, don't immediately send admin a note - follow these steps first.
Check to be sure it is set, and click the "Update Settings" button, even if it was.
If that does not work, move out of your region, and immediately back in. You will not lose any UN status.
If that still doesn't work, which it should for some odd reason, then you can bug Sal.
