I'm trying to put together a definitive NSwiki timeline of UN activity (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/UN_Timeline) since the game began. At some point, presumably during the Jolt move, the following passed resolutions were removed from the official record.
Proposal limits (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Proposal_limits_%28removed%29)
Search Function (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Search_Function_%28removed%29)
Secretary General (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Secretary_General_%28removed%29)
Resolution 245A Proper Grammar (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Resolution_245A_Proper_Grammar_%28removed%29)
Knowledge of Own Country (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Knowledge_of_Own_Country_%28removed%29)
Reduction of Needed Approvals (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Reduction_of_Needed_Approvals_%28removed%29)
Resolution Restrictions (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Resolution_Restrictions_%28removed%29)
International Space Initiative (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/International_Space_Initiative_%28ISI%29)
Passport Harmonisation (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Passport_Harmonisation)
I've carefully looked through the News page and the UN, Tech, and Moderation forums around that time, and I don't believe anyone has ever posted an official explanation for their removal. Most of them are in obvious violation of the Enodian UN Guidelines and deserved to be removed, but I'm not so sure about Passport Harmonisation or the ISI. A case could be made for the ISI creating a parallel UN-like organization, but Passport's only sin is that it's poorly written. Perhaps it shouldn't have been coded "The Furtherment of Democracy".
I know you were all awfully busy at the time, but it's quieter now. I'd like to have something to link to as an official explanation. If you participated in the decision or the weeding process, I'd like to hear about it here. Thanks in advance.
