I have checked the Known Problems list - This is not on it. Hence, I report.

I am attempting to bar the UN Delegate of my region, Part123, access to Regional Control. I am the Honorary Founder, and have all founder powers. We do not have a UN Delegate right now, but I am trying to bar the Delegate access to deter invasions while I am out of the region.

However, when I click the button to remove the check next to that option, and click "Update," it remain unchecked. But when I return to Regional Control, it is checked again, without my re-enabling it. Observe:

69 minutes ago: The United Federation of Hersfold barred UN Delegate access to Regional Control.
69 minutes ago: The United Federation of Hersfold updated the World Factbook entry.
1 day ago: The Delegatic Nobility of Lamb Rogan Josh lost UN Delegate status.
1 day ago: The Armed Republic of Myoros arrived from The Rejected Realms.
1 day ago: The United Federation of Hersfold removed regional password protection.
1 day ago: The United Federation of Hersfold barred UN Delegate access to Regional Control.
1 day ago: The Armed Republic of Myoros departed this region for The Rejected Realms
1 day ago: The Delegatic Nobility of Lamb Rogan Josh departed this region for The Rejected Realms
1 day ago: The Delegatic Nobility of Lamb Rogan Josh updated the World Factbook entry.
1 day ago: The Delegatic Nobility of Lamb Rogan Josh password-protected the region.


Note that nowhere in there does it say that the Delegate was unbarred from access. Yet, somehow, I have barred them twice.

Explanation?

The Founder has to be in the region for a ban to stick. You can't control the Delegate Powers bit from outside. Move back and you'll have full control again. Stay away and it's open season.

What's with the "Honorary Founder" thing? You're either the founder or you aren't.

the only thing you can realy do is pwp and check your region often
