My friend applied for admission to the UN and he recieved a telegram saying that he had been accepted. this was days ago but he still doesnt have Un membership. how do i complain to the game? and if anybody knows why he can't get membership snd me a telegram.

This is not a problem with the game. You recieve a telegram saying you have been accepted, but it also says to be admitted, you have to use e-mail. Please be sure your friend has an e-mail in his settings, and once he has recieved it (may take a few days), enable the link inside it, and click on it.
NOTE: If your friend uses AOL, the link will not work when the e-mail is first recieved. S/He will have to click on "enable links and pictures", near the top of the screen.
