How can you region crash? I don't really understand and i need help to do so. If anyone reads this move to the region RP Headquarters and help me out. Thanks!

You have a bunch of UN nations go into a region and they all endorse one person, leaving them in charge of the region.
I think crashing may be when the newly elected UN delegate ejects everyone out.

It's generally a good idea not to do it, except in the sanctioned war-zone regions. There is a very fine line there between what is legal and what is not, and the mods tend to get a little annoyed (I think) with all of the "So-and-so's crashing my region!" complaints.
