how do you become a delegate for the un? i have the most recomendations of my region but i'm still not the delegate.

Your delegate has the same number of endorsements as you. In a tie, the incumbent remians delegate.

You must be the nation that gets the most UN Endorsements in your region. At least two endorsements, when being delegate, may permitt you to propose a Proposal.

At least two endorsements, when being delegate, may permitt you to propose a Proposal.
Delegacy is irrelevant. Two endorsements is all you need to make a proposal or suggest a repeal. Lots of non-delegates post proposals.
