I highly doubt Admin are gonna change the population regulations for issue's. All I can suggest is that you wait till your 500 million.

That kinda helps it so that people don't submit issues without knowing what's going on.. i think you might want to post your prospective issues in the issues forum, and see what people say about them.. though im not sure, i would check there to see what other people are doing first.

If your nation isn't 500 million, there will be no link to submit issues from your issue page. You can, however, fnd the submisson page (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/11324/page=submit_issue) and it'll work fine.

I could submit issues at 300 before. I got the link.

Weird.

Want to contribute an Issue to NationStates?

then it says do it here,

and when i used that link you gave me it says

"Uh-oh
You must have a population of at least 500 million to submit a new issue.

If possible, use your browser's BACK button to return and fix this."

This is not an issue, but I couldn't find any other place to put it.
I was dissapointed when my friend first suggested this site to me because it lacks a number of the political styles which prevelant in world history and the topic of many discussions among intellectuals. I would be interested in seeing a kritarchy or a capitalo-anarchist social setup being offered.

Weird, I guess it was fixed (although I viewed that page with a nation of mine under 500 million before putting it here...)

...and trying again, logged in as a 323 million pop nation, it works fine. I have no idea what's up with all that.

This really has nothing to do with this thread or this forum, you know.

The 500mil restriction still applies and isn't being changed. As you may have noticed, it is being enforced more strictly now. All I can recommend is patience until you grow enough to submit an issue.

Or I suppose you could convince someone else to submit it for you.

True, but you wouldn't get credit for it.
