I have found a way of nations getting the message(email is not valid) when trying to access forums.This problem can be solved by joining the UN.Before i joined the UN i had the message come up about invalid email.Later i joined the UN then got the email for the UN then went to go on the forums.Amazingly i went through to the forums no problem.This worked for me it may not work for everybody.I hope this solves a few problems

NationStates, and therefore the UN, is held separate from Jolt Gaming Systems. Having NS recognize your e-mail should not cause Jolt to accept it without recieving their own confirmation e-mail. I don't think joining the UN would have any effect on that.

What you have to do to get rid of that is to have Jolt send you a validation e-mail (which I believe is done automatically when you access with an invalid address) and follow the provided link. that changes you settings in Jolt's server, and allows you to post here. That's how it works on Invisionfree, anyway.

I, too could not get to the forums after my nation was resurrected. I joined the UN and now I have no problem. Is this really just a coincidence?

Jolt trusts us to verify your email addresses. We need to verify your email for the UN so they will accept that email for the forums. There is a currently a slight bug on Jolt's end so Forum Emails should be working again shortly.
