Changing founder

I have a question, is it possible for me to switch the founder of a region to a different nation? For example, let's say I have a region named "Latania." OK, now, let's say I have two nations, one is a UN member, and the other is not. Well, my non-UN member (Nation "A") is the founder of the region. But I want Nation "B" (my UN nation) to be the founder instead. I don't want it to be UN delegate, but in the head, founder position so I don't have to ever worry about being attacked by another region.
We never change founders.

Oh, I heard it was possible to do that. That's what someone told me, but, OK.

You can change founders yourself, though there are strict rules about this.
If you have other nations in your region, ask them to leave temporarily, do NOT eject them using Delegate Controls.
Once everyone is gone, and the update wipes your region, go back a re-found it using your desired nation.

It is possible to appoint a Founder, but that was way back in day and is rarely done now.

In extreme griefings is the only time I've heard and/or seen it been done, and still is rare.
Just do what I said earlier in the thread, it should work.

Please be aware that this is not a foolproof method, as there is the possibility of an outside party refounding before you get the chance and "stealing" the region.
Since you own both nations, why change the founder?
