When you buy stuff do you actually have to wire money to ppl or is it just fake? if its real, how do u do it

Basically the two people have accounts at the bank. It will just take the money, like credit out of one account and put it into another account. Thus resulting in a transfer of numbers, but no actually hard cold cash. This is to my understanding, I could be wrong in some aspects and I apologize. Someone could probably tell you better for I have never wired money, but it is what I assume would happen, just a transferring of numbers.

Oh I wasn't sure which place it went. I have been only in NationStates for my majority of writing.

as i am brand new....i figured 5 percent of my pop is 350000, now that's available soldiery, correct? i can split that into army, airforce, navy...etc etc?....and is there somewhere to post what your army consists of?
Also, (sorry, lots of questions, but i'll ask this last one)...how much money do u assume you start off with, also weaponery, vehicle estimates? thx for all responses...
