Those two lines are both about the same country. :confused:
How can that be? Shouldn't 'Should Democracy be Compulsory? - option 3' remove the first line above?

Shouldn't these things be solved ones they are discovered? That would make the gameplay a lot better, I think. Further, shouldn't it be possible that UN Cathogories changes just because of a disision on an isue. For an exemple, I've outlawed elections, but I'm still a democrat. :confused:

It just happens. It's part of the randomness of the game and it would take ages of coding to fix, since NS II will be released in the future, it would be pointless to devote that much coding to NS I at this time, IMHO.

Heh, I must be one damn lucky guy then, the nations I do issues on tend to avoid this.. for the most part.
