Is it just me? My list of outstanding issues jumped from one or two to five in the past 12 hours... Anybody else experienced this?

It's because of the double-update. It means you would have recieved 3 issues in the past 24 hours.

In a period ~24 hours but slightly > 24 hours, one should expect three updates iff the begining and ending of that period ends up bracketing around the first and third times of updating.

In the past 14 hours, containing two update times, I have received four new issues. Mah pitom?

Oh on a side note: do expiring nations die at the same time new issues arrive?

There are two updates during a 24 hour period, so 12 hours apart. If you're set to recieve 2 issues a day, you'll recieve one issue at each update, so one every 12 hours. Because the update had to be run again to correct a bug, you would have been updated three times.
The other issue must have already been there.

Ahh... a bug. Thankxs. :) (But it wasn't there... ;) cool anyway.)

Damn I was hoping for it to happen from now on :(
