Does anyone know if there is a way to find out how your regional delegate has voted at the UN? Without trolling through all of the resolutions passed that is.

No, all you can do is look at how they're voting for the current resolution. Or you can ask them, for what that would be worth.

Does anyone think it would be worthwhile making it so it is possible?
It is just that if - for example - you think your delegate is doing a bad job (never voting etc) you could do something about it. But with no past history there is not a lot you can do.
