You know how when you are creating a new nation, you cant use the same name as another nation even if its deceased? Well, I think that you should be able to use a deceased nations name if you knew the password. So for example, my old nation was Cerebus Neo. I loved the name, and i went away on vacation, and I stupidly forgot to put it on vacation mode. I came back and it was gone, and I couldnt use the same name again, probably for a good reason. Maybe someone else could re-use my name and pretend it was me. However, i propose that you make it so that you can use a deceased nations name only if you know its former password. That way, it works out. Tell me what you think, O omnipotent moderators.

You can request for "Cerebus Neo" to be revived through the form here (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/81806/page=help). A moderator will bring it back and it will be put in the region Lazarus, with the same password.
