I'm very very new to the game. Hi everyone.
I noticed in my region there are many nations that are seemingly named randomly. I could see one or two silly people making accounts that are the nation of 857843759437694. But I found alot of them in my region.
I assume most of them are mule or fake accounts.
Is this a tactic to gain regional control and a UN vote? Is it considered normal, or is it illegal?

You're in a feeder region, where people first go when they make an account. So yes, randomly named nations would be fairly common.

However, they won't gain any additional UN power, as they can still have only 1 UN nation at a time. So no matter how many puppets they have all over NS, they won't take over a region.

If the person abandons their random nation, then after a month it should die off. So no worries!
