this may or may not have been adressed but if it was not immpossible for the bandwidth but there should be more options on issue frequency one I would take in an instant would be 1 each one and a hlf hours that would be what I am looking for.Just a simple change to add more interactivity to the game. :)

It's been addressed multiple times both here and in the Got Issues? (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=1232) Forum. Don't look for it to change anytime soon.
Basically, brand new nations want more issues, slightly older nations want more reasonable issues, and middlin' nations want less repeats. Old-timers know how to make issues work for them, so they don't bitch about it.
