I believe that the repeal feature of the UN is being abused, thus, I recommend making it more difficult to repeal resolutions. I suggest a 12% approval rating of Delegates be obtained for repeals to reach quorom. Repeals are similar to US Constitutional Amendments and must be treated very delicately, or else the UN will become impotent.

It's gonna be hard enough as it is to repeal a UN law, it was passed because the majority of the games UN nations voted it in, it's hard to change many peoples views on a particular matter.

My theory is, many of the UN passed resolutions that somehow get in, will fail to be repealed anyway.
