Netscape Flag Issues

I'm running on Netscape 7.2 and it does not show any changes I make to flags. I know the flags are actually being changed because I checked from another computer, but no matter what I do, it refuses to change on the Netscape browser. I've cleared the history, cookies, files, address bar. Nothing seems to fix it. Any ideas?

I had that same problem, but when I checked from another nation, the flag looks just fine. As soon as you have changed your flag, make sure you click "Update settings", and than forget about it. Eventually you'll see it has changed. It worked for me :D

*sigh*... clicky (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=7047680&postcount=4)
Can we get a sticky titled "My flag is not updating and I don't know why" so people stop posting these? No offence, Luna, but this is one of those things that keeps coming back again and again...

No offense taken. I really think this is an issue with Netscape. I tried my nation on Internet Explorer and it was fine. Unfortunately, IE is plagued with problems on this computer. Thanks for the advice though.

Refreshing the page tends to work well in any browser, it updates the cache.

IE has the same problems. The only reason it worked on IE and not Netscrape was because IE didn't still have the old image.

Convert to Firefox (http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox)!

Ok. After about a minute or two of hitting the refresh button over and over, it changed. Thank you all for the help.
A note: In MSIE, pressing Ctrl+F5 refreshes the cache as well; meaning, it doesn't just load stuff from the cache, it redownloads it.
That should save some time if this happens again.
