i have personaly had the issues of Legelized dueling, the wereing of fur, hybrids, capital punishment in schools, and imigration com up 3 times a piece im wondering if there is somthing im doing or if theres only a few issues i qualify to address

Some issues are restricted by the type of UN Category you are, but for the most part, you get a majority of them... however, there'es little over 100 issues now, so, you will get recurring ones.
