Where do we find when a nation was created?
Is there a member list or something?

The "Join Date" to the left of your post... there's no in-game function that keeps track that I know of; also, this should be moved to Technical, technically. ;)
You can click on the Nation's Name in the forum and then "View Public Profile". The join data should be visible and that should be your creation date.

Well, for the most part, if you're a resurrected nation, your "Join Date" will be read the day of your resurrection, not the original creation date.

I think I had read somewhere that there is no record of the region a nation was founded in, if that answers your question.
