Do UN Resolutions effect the [Civil Rights] [Economy] [Political Rights] ???
Say the resolution passed has to do with Economy boost-- does every single UN nation get a small eco boost? or is the UN completely RP?

At the moment a resolution is passed the system will modify the (hidden) statistics of all nations which are a member of the UN at that time. The modification will be in accordance to the effect stated in the resolution passed. This change may or may not lead to a change in nation category or one of the parameters (Civil Rights, Economy, Political Freedoms) on the nation's front page. Whether or not it does depends on the statistics of the nation prior to the resolution passing, so some UN nations will observe a clearly visible change and others will not.

Yes, is the short answer. Though it may take a few passed UN resolutions to do it.
