Go to the link in this post, click on the desired format on the sidebar where it says "design a flag [type of flag desired" save it to your hard drive, open it, make it the desired dimensions, and fill in as you please. http://www.photius.com/flags/flag_identifier.html (http://www.photius.com/flags/flag_identifier.html)
Edit- Whoopsies, the site isn't working for me. Will post when found one that works.

Hmm, probably not the link itself, but something there like a Ad, ocassionally those stinking Google ad things like on invision free mess with IE especially when somethign doesnt link properly.
