Help me compress this, also, fill the big white circle with a huge Rose, I did this in MS Paint >_< and make it big, yet compress.

I can tell ya what is wrong right now,
it says JPG, but it is actually a BMP, and they are three things,
Not NS compatable,
Outdated file format
and HUGE as in file format.

I have no photoshop, I don't even have office...

yeah i have that same problem got paint far as i know so im stuck with Romania's flag until i get round to seeing what i can do or looking around and changing it. i did notice the jpeg paint thing and was like ?

Do you want the rose to fill the white circle in it's entirety? or do you want there to be sufficient white border encircling the rose? Do you want the rose to be 'face on' or do you want it's stem showing and coming down (within the circle, past the circle?) What color rose do you want? Red I'm assuming, but black or yellow possibly?

I want there enough to enough white border to encircle the Rose, and yes the color will be red. Thanks if you do it :D

So I just copy the link to the settings thing? How does this work?

Save it to your harddrive, and upload it from whichever location you saved it to on your drive to the area in settings where it says 'make your own flag.' Just like you uploaded it here to the forum.
