I have a problem with my telegrams.
When I click to enter my telegrams, I get links to delete messages and ignore people. But I don't get any of my telegrams and I can't write/send them. The only thing there are "delete messages" and "ignore". HELP!

It means you don't have any telegrams in your inbox. When you do, a link saying "You have a telegram!" will pop up on your main nation page.
To send one, go to a country's page and scroll down. At the bottom will be a box for sending a telegram to that country.
Well, that's dumb. I know the countries I want to telegram but I don't know where they are.

If you know their names, go to the "world" and enter it in the find nation box at the bottom. Then scroll down etc. I'm not sure what you expect from the system, but it's simple enough...

Also, if you pop them in your Dossier, you won't have to muck around with the World listing either.
